Leonard Marcus to Speak Oct. 22 Runs from October 6, 2008 to October 22, 2008 Leonard S. Marcus, one of the most respected and versatile writers, historians, and critics in children's literature, will deliver a talk titled "Wonder in the Wake of War: the Fantasy Tradition in American Children's Literature," on Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Library Offers Food for Thought in Faculty Lunchtime Talks Runs from September 24, 2008 to October 16, 2008 Professor of Physics Ronald Mallett will talk about "Time Travel: The Possibilities and Promise" On Thursday, October 16 in a series sponsored by the library, "Research Highlights @ Noon." Mallett's talk will take place in the Class of '47 Lecture Room, adjacent to Bookworms Cafe on the library's plaza level. A question and answer session will follow the talks.
