Document Frequently Asked Printing Questions
How do I print Adobe Acrobat/PDF documents?
1. When you get the following splash screen you know that the document you are about to view/print is most likely an Adobe Acrobat PDF File:
2. If you are using Web CT to print the screen should be similar to the following:

From here you select the small print icon right above the document as denoted by the red square in the preceding picture, otherwise you will be printing blank pages with just the edges around the document printing. An alternative to clicking the little printer button is by right-clicking on the document itself and selecting print from there.

5. From here you can select the OK button after you have chosen how you want to print the document, making sure to follow the printing instructions to choose the right printer for your preferred payment method.
Troubleshooting My job printed out backwards.
If your job printed out backwards then you must select Print as Image located in the top right corner of the print dialog box that shows up when you set your document to print:
The printer is printing my file very slowly.
Most PDF files may take a while and most likely will not show up at the print station until it has been completely sent over, a dialog box will show up showing the progress of the print job and when it disappears your print job has been sent over to the designated printer.
After printing a document from within WebCT or another website with frames, I got a blank page.
You have most likely printed the document out the incorrect way, make sure that when you are using WebCT that you click on the area you want to print and from there either right click and hit print or Pull down the File menu and select Print. Otherwise you will be printing the area that surrounds your document in WebCT. Make sure to read the instructions on how to print out the various types of documents you might encounter in WebCT carefully:
